WALCOTT, IOWA —   Iowa 80 Truckstop is excited to announce that a second free concert will be added to the Walcott Truckers Jamboree event schedule.  James Wesley will be performing at the 33rd Annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree on July 13th at 7 p.m.  The concert is being sponsored by CAT Scale Company.

“Professional drivers deserve to be celebrated for the hard work they do”, says Heather DeBaillie, CAT Scale Marketing Manager. “James Wesley was honored to be chosen to perform. He said it made him think of his uncle, who is a retired driver.”

James Wesley has opened for mega country stars Ronnie Dunn and Taylor Swift.  He has also experienced success with his hit songs “Real” and “Didn’t I”;  and has a new single out “Walking Contradiction” that is gaining momentum on the country airwaves.

In addition to this year’s two concerts, the event will feature over 200 exhibits; a Super Truck Beauty Contest, Antique Truck Display; Iowa pork chop cookout; Trucker Olympics; carnival games; live music; a fireworks display and loads of fun for the whole family!  Admission and parking are FREE!  Shuttles will be provided from the parking area to the event grounds.
