Ice Road Trucker Alex Debogorski to Hold Book Signing at Iowa 80 Truckstop on October 29, 2010
WALCOTT, IOWA — Alex Debogorski, the beloved and unpredictable star of the History Channel’s #1 and highest rated series “Ice Road Truckers” is currently on a cross-country tour promoting the release of his first ever book, “King of the Road:True Tales from a Legendary Ice Road Trucker”. The tour will make a stop at Iowa 80 Truckstop, the world’s largest truckstop, located at I-80 & Exit 284, Walcott, Iowa, on Friday, October 29, 2010 from 1pm – 4pm. Alex will a arrive in one of the world’s largest semi tractors to date and the truck will remain on display during the book signing.
In his new book “King of the Road”, Alex shares tales of his adventures-and misadventures, in the north and explains, in his own entertaining voice, how he got to where he is today; a working class hero, bona-fide celebrity and the improbable star of a smash-hit television show.
The event is free to the general public and all are encouraged to come out to the world’s largest truckstop, meet Alex and see the world’s largest semi tractor.
