Sleep Inn Hotel is seeking a motivated Room Attentant who loves a variety of tasks during their shift! Sleep Inn Hotel is one of the biggest hotel chains that is recognized by Choice Hotels. Sleep Inn Hotel is newly REMODELED and located on the grounds of the Joplin 44 Petro Truckstop. Our cleaning staff have an important role for our daily guests to ensure a clean and sanitary facility at all times. Our cleaning staff take pride in the work that they do and we are looking to expand our team immediately to prepare for our upcoming busy season!

Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace soiled linens and prepare rooms neatly for guest arrivals
• Organize and replenish guestroom amenities
• Ability to stand and walk 90% of the time while servicing rooms
• Required to push cleaning cart and operate vacuums.
• Ability to push or lift approximately 20 to 25 lbs.
• Ability to deal effectively and interact daily with the customers and employees.
• We are a 24 hour establishment. This employee must have flexible work hours and must be able to work weekends and holidays if requested.
