Iowa 80 Truckstop & CAT Scale Award Grants

Iowa 80 Truckstop and CAT Scale Company have awarded its first round of grants to local organizations from the recently established Iowa 80 / CAT Scale Go Iowa Fund Grant Program. Iowa 80 Truckstop and CAT Scale Company established the fund through the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend (CFGRB).  The grant program provides employees and other individuals a structure to request money to support good causes, organizations or philanthropies they are involved in.

“We feel strongly about giving back to our community”, says Delia Moon Meier, senior vice president.  “This grant program empowers our employees to decide how we do that.”

The following grants were awarded on January 2, 2013 for applications received for the December 2012 grant cycle.
